🏭 Join our growing team and take your career to new heights in the Sub Station and Civil Engineering industry! We're seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) professional for a hybrid role with travel across Scotland's Central belt.
🔹 Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a strong Health and Safety culture.
* Write policies, procedures, and manage management systems.
* Attend client, internal, and contractor meetings.
* Conduct site inspections, audits, and accident investigations.
* Implement HSQE strategy and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits.
* Prepare reports and determine corrective actions.
💼 Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Civil Engineering or construction industry.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Independent and proactive approach to health and safety.
* NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) and NEBOSH Environmental certificate desirable.
* Familiarity with ISO systems and CDM preferred.

Civils Operative/Groundworker
Experienced Civils Operative or Groundworker required to work in various substations around central ScotlandDuties will include but not limited to· Concrete civil works· Ducting excavations· General building worksCandidates must have· Valid Scottish Power WI-1 or WI-2 authorisation· CSCS card· Full driving licence· CPCS/NPORS dumper/excavator tickets an advantageSuccessful candidates must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
